Mike Morris

Jay04Run.jpgHome: Arlington, MA
Education: B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Bucknell University, Lewisburg PA. NASM CPT.
Occupation: Business Owner/Personal Trainer: Fitness Together, Arlington & Fitness Together, Back Bay

Mike entered the world of endurance racing after a rugby-induced knee surgery had him on an aggressive rehabilitation program of running, cycling, and strength training in order to prepare for the next season. His desire to compete and his passion for being outdoors created a natural fit for a few adventure races and mountain bike races while Mike continued to train to play rugby again. Before long the rugby boots were retired as Mike fully transitioned into Adventure Racing and all the disciplines involved. Mike continually strives to better himself and introduce others to the world of endurance sports, and in particular Adventure Racing. His passion for health and fitness led him to leave a corporate job and open two Fitness Together personal training studios in the Boston area.
